What applications will benefit from the high power/voltage, smaller space, and higher efficiency of SiC when compared to silicon? Explore how a more prevalent use of SiC would benefit society more broadly than for any specific application.
CONTEST ENTRY DELIVERABLE
To enter, provide either (A) a one-page written PDF report or (B) a 1-2 slide presentation outlining your idea for a strategic and/or novel use case for SiC MOSFETs and Diodes, and how this application benefits the world around us.
