I currently have a client website that's in need of a redesign. The website is: www.Athena-Urology.com. You can see the primary areas I want redesigned, the header, sides, menu buttons and also the footer: http://awesomescreenshot.com/06813m0cee . I DO NOT want an entirely new design that will require the new coding of the website. I want new graphics and colors that can be dropped into the existing design.

The logo should remain the same. The header should be shorter so that I can see more of the page. The menu buttons should be turned into drop downs. This is a website that the doctor likes( http://www.bellevueclub.com) ; do NOT just copy it.
