  don't seal the contest. There had been many fake contests running currently in freelancer and all of them are sealed so that no one can make out. I wud suggest everyone not suggest a CH to seal the contest. Non-sealing the idea will result in copying of good work...but atleast someone will win the money. If its sealed and fake, then no one will get money however good ur design may be

     Hi ANALYSTEYE, though garunteed, some CH look for the best designs till some hours remaining, then they make a second account, submit the same design, and choose their own account as winner. So guarantee doen't help you in iether way

     Probably the CH will unseal the contest after finish and we will be able to see all the entries. And if not, that's it. No contest here on Freelancer can be guaranteed 100% that it is real, it will have a winner and so on. But if you start with that in mind then you will not work for any project and not have even a small chance to win something.

  this is very sketchy... you had a contest for the same website that you picked a winner but after I reported it was alive again, now there is a new contest holder with the same website.... original contest holder was supposedly from Pakistan, now USA... hmmm...
