  Hi,
  
  I think the contest holder can vouch for me that I was the one who used this Font type (TimeBurner) FIRST before anyone else did, so who copied? Please understand that this contest is just a re-post because the contest holder revised the prize/duration of the contest.   The color scheme was revised to fit the web mockup image the contest holder sent me. I did not copy it from anyone else.
  
  And lastly, the circles and arrows are suggested in the Briefing so you cannot blame anyone for using circles. In addition, the circles in my design are not entirely new concept to me, if you look at my PORTFOLIO.
  
  I will stand by my design and WILL NOT withdraw.
