Revised Final entry
In this version i have delivered more balanced and aesthetic design, conforming to the suggestions you have delivered in the comments for the contest. It is responsive for all devices and I believe it will hold up to google's standards. I have put up screenshots with open menu because it has similar top section as my previous entry. If selected as winner I will deliver my design in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript code which will have greater value in time/money for you.
