     Yes I did, and the specs are quite clear. It just struck me as odd that the shirts trade on a famous person, yet the contest brief doesn't mention this or her name, points that would surely promote more interest in your contest. I've had unfortunate experience with clients attempting to get around trademark and licensing laws, wanting art very similar to "official" branding for bootleg knock-offs. I didn't want to point-blank ask you if you are licensed, which could offend you by implying you are asking for something illegal. Nothing personal, Katrina.
