I need a rotate spin wheel that looks like the one in the iPhone App called "Over"

I need a full circle spin wheel showing on screen with 8 items on it instead of half of the wheel in the "Over" app with only 3 items showing on screen.

Please see attached video if you don't have the "Over" app. The touch and feel should be exactly the same. OnTouch, user will be able to spin the wheel. OnTouchReleased, the wheel will snap back on the grid.

Contestants please provide a video to show the working spin wheel.
Winner needs to provide the objective-c source code in Xcode Project.
100% Bonus will be given to Winner who can provide another version using cocos2d c++ source instead of objective-c version.
200% Bonus will be given to Winner who can provide Android version.
