I need a statistical analysis of a medical dataset (attached xls) and I need the results in a tabular format.

Data are from a follow-up study (pre- and post-). Baseline data are labeled with the suffix "1" and data at the end of the study are labeled as "2". The main outcome of interest is column AF (outcome) where 0 means "stable", 1 means "worsened" and 2 means "improved".

First, I need a table where baseline data (those labeled with 1) are summarized (either counts and percentages or means and standard deviations or medians and IQR, as appropriate). I also need the P values for all comparisons of the three groups.

Second, I need a table that described the distribution of variables X, Y, Z, and AA versus variables BB, BC, BD, and AB (same variables just pre- and post- follow-up) according to outcome (column AF).

Finally, I need a final table that shows the independent predictors (if any) - by regression analysis - of outcome (column AF); specifically, I need to know whether some of the baseline data (those labeled with 1) predict an outcome of 1 (worsened) or 2 (improved) in column AF. P values of course are needed.

This is a contest: to select the winner, please provide at least three raws for the three requested tables. I will then make my choice. The winner will have 24 hours maximum to provide the three tables. Payment will be released upon completion of the task, thank you.
