Contest Brief

We are looking for a professional email letterhead design for our medical practice. We would like the design to have some similarities to our website cfosm.com, but we don't want it to be a carbon copy. We would like to see options with header and / or footer banner graphical elements.

The Potomac School file was included as a concept reference only.
