Speed hunter - you will have copyright issue at one point of time.. Or the other.. Believe that.. I am saying this by personal experience on you tube.. If you need proof then just upload a NFS trailer on your other you tube profile.. You will recieve matched third party warning... Warning appears once your video views increases.. So just when you recieve happiness of increasing you tube views.. Suddenly this warning may drop.. And can crash everything.. By taking your video down from YouTube

Please note - Gameplay videos are exception.. they can be used... SO, YOU HAVE CHOSEN A VIDEO THAT WILL BE YOUR INTRO BEFORE EVERY VIDEO.. AND ITS VULNERABLE.. One suggestion - do not monetize any video with this trailer... as every video before monitization gets checked.. so if your video was to be banned in 3 months.. it would get removed much faster ...Good Luck!

#contest holder.. This video here contains video trailer clips from NFS series.(the cars scenes). NFS is seriously content aware on you tube.. Just upload a NFS trailer on youtube... after just few days you will receive matched third party content warning, for that video.. This warning means, that NFS branding team can take your video down from youtube.. as its there copyright.. They are specifically concerned about there trailers.. as these trailers from NFS register millions of views.. Its there income source, they overlay (monetize) there videos with ads to generate revenues.. hundreds of videos get removed from youtube, based on these copyright claims..

Hi no you don't have to use them, I like creativity those logos supplied are also used in youtube thumbnails, so if you can create your own logo like you have in the intro thats great.
