Social media marketing plan.

Hi I’m about to lunch a website and I want to set up a social media marketing plan or to do list.

The contest is about the best plan and will be evaluated in terms of originality, execution plan and mostly estimated likelihood of success.
If interested and price is agreed upon you will also be offered to handle the social marketing plans procedures

What is sought after is through plan on execution of social marketing.

What kind of posts?
What kind of material should be posted to attract followers and get attention?
How should that material be created?
+ What ever you recommend

The result should provide a to do list which could be executed by you or another freelancer for the next 16 weeks.

You will need to refer to the purpose of the site in you plan and what kind of followers I'm after. (followers interested in fishing and fishing trips).
