Contest Brief

This job is to be done in Illustrator, not Photoshop.

I have a photo of a piece of jewelry. I need you to draw the jewelry and make it look like it was sketched with a pencil, with some shading. I don't want any color. The format must be Illustrator and I would also like a matching SVG file.

The image must be drawn purely using strokes. Please group the strokes into layers so that as each layer is shown, it looks like the jewelry is being gradually drawn. You can choose which parts of the jewelry (which strokes) go in each layer.

Please keep the original image as the bottom layer (you can keep it hidden), but please make your sketch the same size / scale as the original image.

I have attached the photo, it is an earring. If I like the sketch, I will have some more work for you (3 or 4 more photos of jewlery) and I will pay $10 per sketch for these extra photos..

UPDATE: I have attached two more images (style1 and style2). These two images show the kind of style that I want, I will be happy with either style.
