Hello Freelancers. We are looking to build a single-story strip mall in the area located at 31°24'22.9"N 73°02'45.1"E. Please help further our project by designing a high-quality building with appropriate elevation and interior elements. Plot measurements, site drawing, satellite image and conceptual design are attached below. The building design should follow the yellow line in the ‘drawing’ file. We intend to build shops/stores on the front side with dimensions of 20 x 50, with a height of 25 ft. There is a sample image from the COM3 project for reference. While 20 x 50, 24 is our basic plan please use your expertise to design shops of varying sizes. We want to customize shop dimensions to cater to the requirements of different industries. The following is a list of different industries that we want to house in our strip mall (subject to change). Please design the elevation according to the sector/industry of the shops. The list below is flexible, all designs are appreciated.

1 car showroom,
2 motorcycle brands,
3 Tile brands (marble, stone etc.)
2 Furniture brands
2 Kitchen brands
1 Mattress brand
1-2 Electronics stores
1-2 Restaurants
2 Sanitary brands
3 Fashion/Clothing brands
1-2 Airline offices

We intend to house approximately 20 stores in this strip mall. We also intend to build rooftop restaurants. If you require any further information do not hesitate to contact me. All input is appreciated!

*Addition
We have added a file titled 'StripMall2' The only relevant aspect is the smaller green line. This is intended to be another strip mall in the same area with the same concept.
