Contest Brief

What I need is a 500x100px logo that contains the logo from the image and the text "Technology Transactions", and an icon that contains the logo only.
The key is the dollar sign and the maze, this is the theme that you MUST keep.
Other than that... I'm pretty much open to everything. Even an exact copy of the current one is ok (with transparent background and matching text, of course).
If this helps, the logo is for tmt-transactions.com.

Edit: After seeing the first entries, I have to make some clarifications about the most important requirements:
1. Dollar sign - MUST
2. Maze - MUST
3. Logo AND text (not the logo as part of the text)
4. Transparent background
5. Simple text is preffered, not too complicated and heavily styled text
6. Simplistic design - it's a site logo, so it have to be highly visible on both large (PC) screens and small (mobile phone) screens; too thin lines may be less visible.

I'm sorry I've not been this explicit from the start.
