This always happens at low budgets -a lot of unskillful "designers" that are using prohibited stuff in their works, that don't know about terms of agreement/policies/laws and want to make easy money on the site.

its pretty simple to determine this, as the level of the works is much more higher than 1) of the contestants 2) of the budget - its low budget for such detailed mascotte
