Contest Brief

Hello to all! I have attached a logo which should be an overhaul graphics.
"Luca Cantori & Associati" means "Name Surname & Associates", within the gray square there is the inscription "Fin.Pr.A." that is the name of the company and is an abbreviation of "Finanza Previdenza Assicurazioni" (Financial Security Assurance)

Currently, this logo becomes unbalanced because too much importance to the owner's name and less to the name of the company.
The request then is to work close to the current style, to not loosing recognition.

IMPORTANT
The logo new design should resemble the current logo with square icon (FIN.PR.A.) and text on its side saying first FINPRA and under it Luca Cantori & Associati. Since the logo has beed used and printed it can't be too different from current one.

  I think Green color is better than Red because Green color shows Safety & Red color is the sign of risk

NB: "Luca Cantori & Associati" must be smaller than "Finpra". Finpra can have no "points".
