Degrees and certificates don’t interest me; what matters are the targets you have hit, the teams you have built, and the revenue or placement increases you can point to in hard figures.

The role will have wide autonomy—managing pipelines, refining processes, coaching staff, and reporting outcomes—so I need someone who thrives on accountability and can present a clear, metrics-focused playbook from day one.
