  Hey everyone,
  
  The win here is very much for the grab and highlighting there will be a guaranteed winner. Reiterating what we are looking for:
  
  - Add stone/wooden feature to exterior of house so not all same all around.
  - Remove boxy roof. Change to more classic look if possible.
  - Change cover over walkway to front door, make it wooden.
  - Exterior doors changed to wood
  - Change windows, very dated 2000s look to them. More rounded look with wooden/stained glass feature.
  - Make deck fence wooden. Too clean cut looking as current.
  - Add some exposed beam look
  - Knock down entryway where there are multiple doors - too messy looking
  - Add more classic beam for staircase

  Hello, thank you everyone for the entries - they are only getting better and better. In the hopes of further refining what we wanted - here's a list of what I am looking for:

  Please try and keep the original photos and make changes to them instead of making brand new photos/pictures. A completely different house is not a realistic modification to the current house
