Konkurrence Instruktioner

I am looking for an experienced designer who can help me redesign my home based on images I have. The current layout of my home is traditional and I am looking for a modern design style. My main priority for the redesign is to improve aesthetics.

We expect at least the front , rear and 1 internal room to be designed for this contest. More rooms will be awarded under a separate project

Design Ideas

Front of property

Grey Window Frames, Garage door with a white wall render. Change the door to be positioned at the front. Add lighting around the property to create a modern and sophisticated look.

Rear of property

Grey window frames with white render. Modern lighting.

Garden

A modern garden landscape with greys. Separate seating areas with various plant arrangements.

Living Room

Media wall, Colour scheme grey or navy blue. Modern sophisticated living space.

Kitchen / Conservatory

Greys with nice hosting area modern and sophisticated.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms at the designers discretion.

Looking for new renders to be produced based on our input but feel free to add your own inspiration. Renders can be done in 3d or photoshop or any equivalent software

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in home design, particularly in modern styles
- Knowledge of current design trends and styles
- Ability to work with images and create a cohesive design
- Attention to detail and ability to incorporate client preferences into the design
- Excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.
