I need an experienced social media and marketing expert who will suggest the most effective marketing plan for a public figure within a reasonable budget. The successful candidate will be hired for working on his/her plan. The freelancer should demonstrate adequate experience and skills for undertaking the project. The successful candidate should be reliable and deliver the best results. The successful candidate should be available during October.

Project details:
1. The public figure is a female model who is currently participating in an online competition. You need to promote her profile link. The aim is to get the most of the votes and win the 1rst place.
2. The public figure needs to get the most of the exposure and increase her facebook fans in the residence country. The public figure needs to have an interactive facebook "live" page during October. You should suggest ways to achieve this. No expensive facebook or google ads.
3. The public figure recently took the decision to run a fundraiser. You should suggest ways to raise this money by promoting the donation account link. It could be a marketing idea for promoting the person
4. It might be a good idea to consider that the public figure has also a blog through which currently running the fundraiser.
5. She also uses twitter and pinterest.
6. The budget is negotiable for good ideas, but can't be far beyond from the amount indicated below.

This is a lot of work you are requesting there, and $100 is a really small amount.You need an advertising agent that have to be online many hours a day to promote her pages, to write short, captivating descriptions of this public figure to attract people on her profiles. Ways to promote her are a lot, even with no cost- it is all about the art of talking and the time you invest. But, if you want a publicity agent for one full month, $100 are too less. If the price would of been at least $350, I would do it for you, with no other costs included.
So, I think you should reconsider your offer.
