feedback for all: The logo should inspire luxury. It has to be simple and straightforward. Only two words BANDEIRA CONSTRUCOES. Only one symbol that represents the company. I do not like to use the colors of the flag of Brazil. So far I have two great options. I'm really liking the options and surely I will pay for the winner. Traces and simple lines with few colors or just one color.

If you draw a tree is that already copying? coz there are already a ton of trees in the internet. Is intertwining the initials already copying? Here are the bid differences in my logo and the one you liinked. Mine has a rounded edges to symbolize luxury and elegance unlike the one you linked. The letters are carefully drawn and intertwined to subtly form a square. Each gaps are perfectly of the same distance( no gaps in the logo you linked). The 'B' does not have a line/bar in the middle. only a small round corner protruding towards the center in order to (again) depict a square shape with space at the center.

  Why Iphone claimed it's design was copied my Samsung. And Samsung was charged with millions of dollars. Don't you think Samsung Copied the design, However, both are Mobile phone companies.

And of course my design has no unnecessary extended parts of the letters because what I envisioned about the client's want for his logo is simplicity and luxury. But since it's a construction company I see to it that it still resembles a square. After all who wants a circle for a construction company?Also, this makes it easy to be used on social media as profile image. Thus I CREATED something that in my view defines simplicity and luxury while reinforcing the impression that it is a construction company.
