This is the preliminary project of ONVIF server and Video Management server.

Please submit the proposal anybody who can work this project. We will post a contest for proposal.

Process of project
1) Contest for Proposal
All candidate should participate “Project Contest for proposal”.
We will create a contest in Freelancer.Com.
Two or Three candidate will be selected for this contest ( USD 100 each )
Period : 1 week

2) Contest for Project Phase I ( System Design and verifying basic feature )
5 candidates who participated to “Contest for proposal” can be selected for this project.
Two of them ( 5 candidate ) will be selected for Winner with USD 600 (each)
Period : 2 weeks

3) Main Project
One of top 3 candidates will be selected for main project
Period : 10 weeks
Budget : USD 10,000+

We are using only the open source libraries (live55 and ffmpeg).
We also made the ONVIF Server product based on Profile-S.
