Description
6" x 8" postcard mailer template for individual properties. Attached is a sample of what we've been using. We need to make it much stronger visually to improve response. Purpose of mailer is to drive recipients to our website HunterReed.com, or to have them call for info

Notes
Be creative! Totally Open to new ideas. Must fit USPS mailer
dimensions for First-Class Presort. Traditionally, we've used BW
watercolor bec its unlike any other RE mailer, we're open to new ideas
including use of color, our company colors are black background white
text gold accent

sturbuck753: #1: Love the image side and banner, love the font youve chosen for the headline ... on the front of the card (text) : love the headline, but should the "For Sale" match? Overall, I think the card front should be simplified, and should match the really simple, visually compelling style of the back. Maybe eliminate all the body text and use an image? Back of the card is perfect, front just needs to be revised/refined. Thnx -- this is a great design!

In response to Qs : wed like to use this design as a template for all future properties, ie as simple/quick as poss to plug in a new property and getthe mailer out. Obviously the image of each property will change, and the headline too. Think about a design that might not need descriptive text, bec thats more time consuming to develop -- maybe the only thing that changes from card to card is the image and the headline? I dont know if that would be effective enough for response, just an idea.

Thnx to all for your talent and ideas -- I've uploaded the image of the property that should be used in all designs. Also, a sample of the mailer which we've always used, and which is being redesigned in this contest -- that mailer is the horiz format we prefer, with the text we have developed for this Property. All designs should be for this Property (our code 4048F) ONLY. Hope this material helps. Be creative, we're open to all ideas, suggestions and recommendations -- remember its a very high-end audience, so mailer needs to be both effective and a visual WOW for very sophisticated consumers, thnx!

Be creative! Open to all ideas. This card needs to be a visual WOW! at-a-glance when recipient gets it in the mail. Also, needs to be easy to read -- NO cursive text. Recipients see the Description/Front side of the card first, not the Image/Back side
