I have a new company and want to have the best logo for it.

My company name is LEAD MACHINA.
Lead as in; "Client Leads"/"Potential Clients/Leads"
Machina as in; Latin word for "Machine"

My company's main service is creating Sales Funnels for our clients. We also do digital marketing .
We have a machine like process for generating leads for our clients.

I really like Neon colours and Cyberpunk/Futuristic styling. Digital and Retro theme is really cool also.

Attached is the one I have been using so far. I made it myself but I know that it could be waaaaay better.
Notice the funnel and the cog to represent the sales funnel and the cog for the machine concept.
I'm not a designer at all. So I have high hopes about this competition!
