I need the psd file of a 800x180px (Max 200px height) website header.

The attached file "LastWinner.png" is the banner that wined the latest contest, the new banner has to be done in the same spirit but in white tones and with the the attached images "ImagesParis.zip" for the background.

The title font (Edwardian.zip) is ziped is attached as well as "Base.psd" where you will find the layer containing the girl.

You can mix the different city images but are free to make a totally different concept if you are sure of your design.

#43 is the leader of the day, we like the glitter effect and the colors but the background is a bit confuse, a mix between this effects/colors and a cleaner background like there is in the 3 and 4 star ratings.
