I am looking for a freelancer to photoshop this picture for a editorial in a magazine,

-Make the skin smooth
-model thin
-change the color of the dress for black
-make hair nicer
-remove under eye circle
make legs smooth
Make a photo filter with blue tones like picture attached called marianna-hewitt

    Please review #78 and #79. I toned down glow and added a bit of a blur to background on #79 to make it closer to the example. Let me know your thoughts.
