I am looking to built a nice static website to a institution in flash and html and asp.NET forms with 1 main page, 6 sub pages is for a Baby-nursery and Kindergarten should have a easy navigation, user friendly and easy to maintain and update to might add other pages later as well.

For that have to deliver source code (html+css+javascript ) to be able to then later create and / or change pages, sub-pages, texts, forms.

The template which really look professional with creativity and attractive because is for children

The domain name and space will be provided by myself
