This is a low-content workbook with about 95 pages of weekly journaling, empty pages to for journaling, weekly quotes, etc. It should be filled with activities and daily journaling. You can add motivational quotes that will inspire the reader. Leave blank spaces for writing, and add quotes and other fun statements. You can use your imagination and develop fun and creative ways for the writer to get engaged.
