One Page Landing Page

Hi,
I am in need of a one page landing page.
This landing page will have to be eye catching and exciting.
It will revolve around Online Dating for men looking for females.
It has to be a provocative design but not x-rated.

What I see in my head is a big "Join Now" button. Surrounding that button there will be sexy females.
I need 2 renditions
1-The Join Now button with a Input box above it where the user will place their email address. The User types in their email address and this email address is then forwarded to my email address and the user is forwarded to the main site.
2-Just the Join Now button which when clicked will redirect to main site. This will link to the main site.

In both in small text I need a it to say "Please read the Terms and Conditions" below the Join Now Button.
Also include the words "Lets Hook Up"

A nice back ground and some nice effects around the females would be great.

The end product has to be all coded and functional as well as optimized for mobile.

This is pretty simple so can't wait to see the great work.

PS. The image attached shows a mock up of something similar to what i would like. The mock up end point would of been having the girl seem like shes sitting on the text.
