A public notary with the ability to do general notary work, remote notarization and mortgage closings. I really want a logo that is visually stimulating using the GG (Great Grasty Notary). Need something different that with one look pulls a person in to want to know more. I love my tag line Signed. Sealed. Delivered. Trying my best to stay away from the typical Notary symbols but not too far away that people will not grasp what services I can provide. I started a log below but of course, I am far from an expert! A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government —typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents Signing agents are notaries public, who usually have experience and/or training concerning the proper execution of loan documents and are hired by mortgage companies, escrow companies, title companies, and signing services to identify loan documents, obtain the necessary signatures, and in some cases deliver the documents to the borrower. A signing agent is an impartial party to the transaction and must adhere to the notary laws of their state or jurisdiction.
