We are in the process of re-branding ourselves so we would like to have a new name for the company.

The current name of the company is UBI Index and we would like to have a new company name.

UBI Index is a European research initiative, and we have built the first globally University Incubator Benchmark. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with an international research team specialized in benchmarking incubators.

Some requirements that should be considered:
- Should have 'U' letter in the name
- Not 'UBIX' since the domain name is not available
- Think about the availability of the domain name of the new company name as well

The word index and incubator should not be included. We work with incubation. Here is our mission and vision statements.

"Our vision is to be the primary global supplier of incubation knowledge for the entrepreneurial ecosystem"

"Our mission is to support the entrepreneur to create successful businesses by facilitating activities such as information exchanges among the local, regional and national support system."

So if let me see if i completely understood what your company does basically you are helping start up companies and large corporations with business basics, financial management, etc similar to consulting maybe?

  We do not directly help startup companies. We help the ecosystem around the startups to become better and learn from each other on how to best help startups. One piece in that ecosystem is incubators. Another can be the government, the university, big corporations, venture capitalists etc.

The word incubator is not necessary in the company name either. We work with incubation. That means means also accelerator, corporate ventures, company advisors etc.

We want to be able to expand to other segments in the future and not narrow down ourselves.

  We think that UBI Index is a product of many rather than a company name in the future. We can have several different kinds of index for other customer segments. We can have UBI Publications, UBI Scorecards, UBI Services as product lines.
  
  But the company should be named differently - that is what we aim for :)
