NOTE: THIS IS JUST DESIGN - NO CODING!

The PDF is a BASIC idea of what I want done.

Basically, I am creating a tutoring/training website that offers videos, handouts and such for a fee (either monthly or for the entire course).

1) Each person needs to login (password send to their email address to verify that email address is real) and must use captcha.
2) Page 1 is basically right but I may have sub chapters (sub lessons) Example:
Chapter 2 is Limits and Continuity.
I may break that down into
a) Rates of Change and Limits
b) Limits involving Infinity
c) Continuity
d) Rates of Change and Tangent Lines
(just like the Calculus Book)
3) I don't have anything for the user dashboard. I really don't know how to design it. It REALLY needs to look nice and be VERY functional.
4) Teacher Dashboard is not a big worry for me right now, but if you can do a good job then great.
I need it to look nice (example) http://www.integralcalc.com looks nice but I want it to be better than that.

I guess we can add a blog (basic blog is fine)
What else - however you think to make it a WONDERFUL tutoring/training website that LOOKS wonderful.

This is VERY VERY important to me, so if you are the winner of this contest AND it looks MARVELOUS and its CSS coded right (so my programmer doesn't have too many problems) then I will be glad to give you a NICE bonus!

If I forgot something from the pdf but you think it is important for the website - tell me and that will help with your bonus! Remember, a GOOD worker should not just do what they are told, they should offer recommendations on how to make a project better!

NOTE: I need this done in LESS than 72 hours! SOONER the better!
OH one last thing. I want it for 1366x768 not that 800x640. yuck.

HTML5 templates is allowed, I mean the design in HTML5 through Wix.
