Contest Brief

I need a logo and a flag for our School of English in Buenos Aires.
The main colours should be red, white and light/blue. In the original logo there's a star in the middle of the shield and the letters WTG. We would like some change so we are open to creativity.
We also need a flag that matches the shield in colours. It doesn't need to include the shield but it is also possible.
The logo will also be used in our stationary.
