Contest Brief

"Ms. Lakesha" is the text logo to create and it NEEDS to include the text (image can be incorporated into background but is not a requirement and shouldn't be distracting). She is a local musician, bartender, and just awesome lady! She's got an attitude and is very funk-y and loves music that has a bangin beat. Shes also got a nice afro that is kinda part of her staple look. Her image is included for inspiration. All she told me was she wanted to use (70s/80s style lettering)

agree that doesn't look like a retro logo.

You were in the final three if that's any consolation. Is there a way on this site to buy your logo too? She may be interested in doing that because she liked yours a lot!

I'm sorry, I told her to be as clear in the initial brief, but she diverted from that. This was my first contest and will do better next time.
