Konkurrence Instruktioner

I need a striking black-and-white logo for New Zealand’s first World Skate-aligned roller derby team. The team is called “Track Ferns,” and the mark has to feel modern while still nodding to our national identity.

Key creative cues
• Style: modern overall, with a simple, abstract fern as the hero element rather than a detailed botanical drawing.
• Colour: strictly black and white—no gradients or grayscale.
• Typography: the words “Track Ferns” must appear in a bold, strong type treatment that balances well against the fern graphic.

I have attached a rough mock-up for reference; treat it as a guide, not a restriction. The final artwork should be clean, scalable, and ready for use on uniforms, helmets, social media, and print merchandise.

Deliverables
1. Vector master files (AI & SVG) plus web-ready PNGs (transparent background) at 300 dpi.
2. A one-colour usage guide noting safe-space and minimum-size recommendations.
3. Any fonts or font links used, licensed for commercial use.

Acceptance
The logo will be approved when it reproduces crisply at 25 mm high, keeps legibility on dark or light substrates, and accurately reflects the modern, bold identity described above.

Bonus points for an idea of uniform design to go along with this.
