Hello, everyone

I would like to upgrade a logo design for a dental clinic. This revamping is only for their website, business cards, and paper documents. Since the original logo will be still used on the exterior of the clinic, the new design should be pretty similar.

You can find the original logo on the left end of the attached picture, the tiny logo of the cubic shaped "M" with Japanese surname Tanaka on its right side.

1. The logo will be normally used with a background of combination of blue, light blue, and white as you can see in the picture. So the image of transparent background version is also needed.
2. It should contain the letter "M", but you can remove/change the surname part into "t" or some other design.
3. I would like to receive in several different files i.e. ai, eps, png, jpg.

This is my first posting, my appreciation to all who would reach out to help me in advance.

Added: The logo is not always needed to be with the letter "dental clinic" if the M logo part is good, main part I would like to upgrade is the "M" part. Sorry for my poor explanation, the transparent background version I mentioned above is about .png transparent function clipping out the logo from the background colour. It will be used on white paper too, so it needs to be basically in colour over the blue background just like original picture.
