I need to get a map developed that shows both the water balance coefficient and (political) country boundaries - you can either add boundaries to the water balance coefficient chart, or go the other way around. Original water balance coefficient chart is from [http://gaim.unh.edu/Products/Reports/Report_6/93-97gifs/NPP/fig7b.gif].
I have also attached a list of countries in the excel file with data related to dams - I need this to be added in table form (same structure as i4:k7) for each of the listed countries (adjacent or in each country). Those countries that are not in the list should be made transparent (but still visible) so that there is less focus on them.
Finally, I would like to be able to print this in A4 size, so you will probably need to adjust the image resolution and sharpen it up to make it print better.

Arbejdsgiverfeedback
“Stevieyuki was able to accurately merge several disparate (and quite complex) sets of data into a single diagram - and still make it look very nice. Stevieyuki was more than happy to do some slight modifications (minor changes to shading) as I identified the need during the competition. I will engage this freelancer again in the future if I have any similar projects.”
