  So we visit a photo and text making site (like http://icanhas.cheezburger.com/tag/cheeseburger) and put in text and submit that? So the original work only rule is thrown out with this contest?

     24 memes for 20 usd? this is very hard to choose a winner. Very challenging but i hope that the CH wont ask the winner to copy some of the phrases used by other contestant entries ..
