I am in need of a medical anatomy illustration that focuses on intestinal anatomy. The illustration should be in a realistic and professional style and will be used for a medical research.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong illustration skills, with a focus on realistic anatomy
- Familiarity with medical anatomy

Note that there is scope for price increases based on your work.

Illustration details:
I uploaded 4 pictures
- The one with the red star is the focus of my illustration, Its an abnormal rotation of the cecum ( sub hepatic cecum ) with abnormal rotation of the appendix ( lateral pouch appendix ) and abnormal ilium as well ( the ileum supposed to be in the right side of the cecum not under )
- I uploaded a pic of a cadaver of the abnormal rotation to help u imagine it well
- So, I want a professional illustration for the normal and abnormal rotations of the ( cecum, appendix, ileum ) side to side
