Contest Brief

I am creating a next generation media center application to watch videos, listen to music, and much more. This will function similarly to XBMC, Plex, MythTV, Boxee, Apple TV, Google TV, etc. (take a look to find screenshots for different media centers online for inspiration) but I want to create a user interface that outshines everyone else. I'm looking for someone that can be extremely creative and come up with some design concepts that make the TV viewing experience significantly better than what is out there now. I have some ideas, but I'm hoping to find a graphics designer that is extremely creative and can help make this even better.

I'm attaching an incredibly rough sketch of the hierarchical view for TV shows and Movies and at a minimum I'd like this screen mocked out. The background might show a poster image for the currently selected TV Show / Movie and on the right side it would have a screen capture from the video and details about the video.

I will be relying on the person I pick from this contest to help build out the final screen designs for the media center MVP (that we will be putting on Kickstarter) and then hopefully moving forward with the full Media Center after that.
