I want you to turn the attached word document into a lovely professional 4 page brochure. It can be loose-leaf style like the original - it does not necessarily have to have a front and back and inside (like a fold-over).

Use the images from here - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/748hu2oedkyjq0x/IZabANfM_O. If any images are too small/low res use them as you wish and we might replace it with the high res (our designers) afterwards.

Assuming files will be photoshop or illustrator or equivalent.

Is there any style, colours, tones, or descriptive words that will help the design of a suitable brochure?
For example, warm colours or cool colours? another example is either simple and plain, or with deorations?
