Make a trial for a 2D classical animated cartoon

If you can make a black and white 2d animated cartoon serie in a very simpel style (like the classical cartoon series) with funny movements and funny sound effects like you can see in the cartoon series of "Inspector Gadget" "Tintin" "Lucky Luke" "Popeye the sailor" etc. than this job is for you !
Please note that for the trial we do not need a very sophisticated characters like in those series but something just very simpel (ask me for the pictures of the real staff and the real shop if you need them for the trial).
Our goal ? we want to put the serie of funny animated cartoon videos on our website so our clients can enjoy our stories and adventures inside the shop.
All the episodes of the cartoon will take place in the butcher shop. So that's a little easy I guess.
For now we pay 100 euros just to see a trial, but if you are the freelancer we choose for the whole serie, you will get paid between 200 and 500 euros for each episode of 1 minute.
This is a serious job we are offering, so show us what you can do and we will probably choose you to do the job ;)

The 2d cartoon animation trial might be around 20 or 30 seconds.
Here are some important elements needed in the video :
The scene takes place in the butcher shop.
The main characters are :
1- The little saleswoman with 2 ponytails (customers don’t see her quickly because she is too small) They see her after she stands on a stool. (see attached pictures to see 2 funny ponies on a child we found on internet)
2- The tall, thin salesman (not important for the trial)
3- The main butcher who is tall and full and he is always making sausages. (not important for the trial)
4- The saleswoman with glasses. (not important for the trial)
5- and any customers you want to create for the trial.
You will get to see all the pictures of these real people once we believe you make a serious chance to be chosen as our freelancer for the big project.
The big project will be posted after this contest is finished.

EXTRA INFORMATION
You can imagine any scene from your own imagination. But if you need inspiration. Here is one example : 'The little woman with 2 ponies is very small so sometimes when a customer comes inside the shop he does not see her because the sales counter (desk) is higher than her, but he hears her saying "Good morning sir, how can I help you?" and then he looks left and right to see from where the voice came (see how old cartoons did this kind of funny movement). And than he sees her when she steps on a little stool so she can stand higher so the customer can see her.'
I hoop this can make you draw the scene so you can show me a short funny piece of the serie.
IMPORTANT : if you already have done this kind of work before (2d classical animated cartoon), then you do not need to make a trial for us, please show us your work and we will maybe choose you for our whole serie.

If you need inspiration, ask me for an example of one of our episodes so you can make a little piece of it for the trial, otherwise think about something just to show us an animated cartoon trial.
Use any voice, any sounds you like for the trial but if you become our chosen winner we will give you the script + the exact scenes of each episode + the voice over.
If you have any questions, please don' hesitate, we'll answer them to help you.
Our last advice : do not loose too much time for the trial, we just need to see even a few seconds of what you can do.
