Contest Brief

We have webstore on ebay, amazon and my own hosted website.
I need you to recommend a Web-based software that allows me to import customer contacts from ebay, amazon etc. And then cross sell products to them.

The software will track customer details, purchase history and then recommend new products to them via email automatically.
To win this contest, you need to provide working example of the software. Please explain in details of the functionality and how the software will fit the above requirement.
