Logo (vector included) for my new freelance paralegal business, which is focused mainly on Corporate/Business Law.

Also known as: SETX Paralegal Services

Can Abbreviate as: SETXPS

Requirements:
-be suitable for printing, reproduction, and publishing across any/all mediums, in any size, with no change in quality,
-be able to provide logo in several common formats.
-No more than 3 colors.

  Ok, I awarded it, and I think it went well.... left u a message also. asking for the two black/white ones, the dark blue one, plus the "smurf blue" one. lol....cant decide on color. Also, I hope they each separate (and able to be sided up/down) - so all I have to do is upload them to whatever website I use to make business cards. If I have to do anything other than upload whichever logo I like -- I will probably mess it up. :( We shall see......so nervous :)

The entry that I uploaded was made in under 1 minute, lol. Actually I was sorta testing out stuff, by the time I decided to make a "serious" design, the contest had ended. Haha. :P

  I don't think the lowercase letters fit with the image of the company. This is definitely an upper-case legal office. :> The scales need to be facing forward (straight), exactly the way we do business - Straight-forward. They seem a little droopy/tired - like they cant hold up to the weight of the load. That doesn't sound like us. #18 , the same applies, but also the star bars seems very heavy/bulky. Not like the design I posted as a go-by. I do like the colors, the badge behind the scales, etc. In case it is my example thats holding you back - you can feel free to go with any design you'd like. (After all, if I actually knew anything about logos -- I would have done it myself lol....you're the authority here. :>)

Another shot at it with #6 . Stuck with the blue and red shades of the Texas flag. Minimized the "SETX" to emphasize Paralegal Services. Added the universal image for a courthouse.

  You will not be paid for a $30 contest. Freelancer takes $5 and then will not allow the artist to withdraw the miserable $25 because they do not allow withdrawals under $30 In order to get paid anything one must win 2 contests. In a guaranteed contest the CH pays Freelancer up front. If for some reason the CH does not complete the handover correctly, Freelancer pockets the winnings and laughs in the artist's face. This is fraud.

  I like it, but it (and all the others) are emphasizing "SETX", which is the least important part of my business name, as it is not limited to this specific part of the state. ;/ Also, the sharp edges, arent really screaming "trust, security, your best interest will be served here". :) Again, its not just you - as you can see, everyones done it too...and emphasized the "X"....which is not good, in this case.

WARNING Freelancer.com is engaging in contest fraud. They are not disbursing winnings even in guaranteed contests. YOU MAY NOT BE PAID. If you win a $30 contest they will take $5 and then tell you you cannot withdraw less than $30. I won a guaranteed contest they are refusing to pay me.
