Konkurrence Instruktioner

The web-based system is for the monitoring & evaluation concerning the progress in the seven sub-programs of the National Action Plan for the Environment of Mauretania:
- Evaluation and environmental control
- Sustainable management of natural resources
- Conservation, restoration and sustainable management of biodiversity
- Prevention of natural catastrophes
- Fight against desertification
- Environmental awareness building
- Institutional reform

Constraints:
(1) At leasts the terms "monitoring & evaluation" should be reflected in the logo with symbols/pictures, but not as text
(2) Some scopes of work listed above need to be part of the logo as symbols/icons/pictogram. In this case (1) is not required
(3) The logo will be used in the upper left corner of the web page. estimated size will be 600x70 px
(4) The text SEPANE may be used in the logo
(5) The full name of SEPANE is: Suivi & Evaluation de Plan d'Action Nationale pour l'Environnement
