Contest Brief
We are looking for improvements on our existing logo and/or a complete re-imagining or redesign. Most importantly, we want to incorporate our website address into the logo (www.cobblestonelodge.com). We want to be sure to stay away from anything that suggests big business or a 'corporate' feel. We are a 'down-to-earth,' small family resort and we know most of our customers by name. We want to keep that aura and sense throughout all methods of communication and presentation to our guests.

Some other ideas.. we are on a river, have stone cabins, and we do river canoeing too. Perhaps that can be incorporated into the logo...

Thank you everyone for the submissions so far! This is my first time testing the waters with freelancer, therefore, please excuse me if I lag behind on standard procedure or etiquette. I am really looking for either an elaboration or alteration on the existing logo or a redesign that is fun and out of the ordinary. I want to stay away from anything that resembles a typical corporate logo or something that might lead people to think of something like a law firm or medical office.
