We need help creating a logo for a new campaign we are starting. I need a logo that is not cartoonish by nature. The logo needs to be eye catching and memorable, apart from that you have full creative freedom to come up with some samples. The logo is required ASAP! I have attached our Real Estate Logo, as we wish to pull the small red house out of the logo and use it in this new design to keep our branding consistent. Interested to see how creative you guys can be in doing that. rnrnA little bit about the program: Our program is a marketing plan we are pushing towards sellers of Real Estate, where we are marketing to them that we can sell their home in 90 days. The web address we have secured is 90tosell.com and we want the logo to have a professional yet edgy look that fits our brand. rnrnLogo will be used for the WWW site, Facebook group, official documents, therefore winner should present the results in different formats and resolutions (.ai, .eps, .jpg, .png, .psd, .tif). Also it has to be presented in either MS Word or .pdf format on a blank A4 paper.
