Just to clarify, you want one logo to be just the 'REA', and a separate logo being just 'Renewable Energy Advisors', correct?

  not necessarily, I want REA to still be the main part but if you can incorporate the full word into the logo as well that would be good similar to the 'import research chemicals' here: http://www.freelancer.com.au/contest/Logo-Design-for-Import-Research-Chemicals-3677.html
