  this one does smell really fishy, the same country and design not like what they where giving starts too

"http://www.lovemondays.com" is the actual client and they approached the Contest Holder for the designs and he organised this fake contest to save money.

It looks like a fake. One of the faults here on Freelancer, it doesn't show how long a person has had an account. And has filled out at least part of a resume. So we are to believe that a person who's NEVER been on here before, scribbles something and wins with a greatersign the #3 and Mondays. And it was such a successful design that he was rewarded BEFORE the contest was even over? His boss prob put out the contest or it was a contest on another site.
