Tunisia has a huge inertia within the administration. Access to the latest and consistent information is a "challenge".
Within this context we want to implement a web site containing two parts.
- The first an investigation and report approach
- The second part is a an Question/Answer parts

The project name is "Taaraaf.tn" which meaning in Arabic is "know how".
Taaraaf is written in Arabic (see attachement).

The main public is 25- 59 age old educed and mainly in the business ecosystem.

The web site will be published in Arabic and French (As they are the main languages used is Tunisia)

The value of the web site is:
- Confidence
- Reliable
- Easy and simple access to information
The Web site context could be broadcasted in other media such as radio and TV

Mascot and geometric shapes are acceptable.
Website adress (taaraaf.tn) should be recognized in the logo
